ABOUT PEELING WALNUTS

For approximately ten years, I worked in professional kitchens all over England and hardly enjoyed any of it. But in a twisted kind of bizarre reality, I found the environment addictive and couldn't bring myself to do anything else.

The ingredients, the knives, the cooking and the relief when the working day was over all kept me going for over a decade. Working in all types of kitchens from care homes to Michelin starred fine dining restaurants, I kept at it having the highest of highs down to the lowest of lows.

So why Peeling Walnuts? Well, why would you, life is too short.
